Austin, Texas, May 1, 1991 -- New Horizons today announced the
acquisition of Central Coast Software of Golden, Colorado. CCS
publishes a line of powerful and easy to use utility software for
the Amiga, including Quarterback, Quarterback Tools, Dos-2-Dos,
and Mac-2-Dos. Under this acquisition, CCS will become a division
of New Horizons Software, Inc. All development, production,
customer support, sales, and marketing activities of CCS will be
moved to Austin, Texas.

"Central Coast Software publishes a superb line of Amiga utility
software. As with New Horizons' products, their products are
characterized by powerful features and exceptional ease of use"
said James Bayless, President of New Horizons, "With the addition
of their products to our existing line we can provide a wider
selection of high quality software to solve the needs of Amiga
users."

Quarterback is the leading Amiga hard disk backup program.
Quarterback Tools is a set of disk utilities which can undelete
files, correct disk problems, and optimize disk performance.
Dos-2-Dos is a utility that allows the transfer of files back and
forth between Amiga and PC compatible computers. Mac-2-Dos
provides similar capabilities for transferring files between
Amiga and Macintosh systems.

New Horizons is a leading publisher of Amiga productivity
software. Their high-end word processor, ProWrite, is currently
the best selling word processor for the Amiga.

[I am in no way associated with New Horizons except through the
software of theirs which I own, which has just increased in
number]

Now the world has gone to bed, Now I lay me down to sleep,
Darkness won't engulf my head, Try to count electric sheep,
I can see by infrared, Sweet dream wishes you can keep,
How I hate the night. How I hate the night. -- Marvin
