Does anyone know if the shareware 2D CAD package 'Plans' is
still being supported by its author? I found version 1.0 (dated
August 1988) on a bulletin board some time ago. It's quite a
reliable package, and I want to register. I also want to feature
it in a couple of magazine articles, so I need to check if it's
still in development.
The author of Plans is Gary Hale (address given as West 2nd
Street, Eugene, Oregon) so if Gary or anyone who knows of him
reads this, please get in touch.

On a similar note, is Tim Mooney still doing things with mCAD?
The version I have (1.2.2) is fatally bugged, but shows promise.
