I have Pagestream 2.1 and am in the midst of finishing up producing a document which is about 40 pages long, with a mixture of text and graphics. I run it on s Amiga 1000 with a deskjet plus. So far, I'm fairly happy with Pagestream. It doesn't have all the bell and wistles of Interleaf (which is what I use for documentation at work), but it does a fairly good job. I'm the most pleased with the high print quality I can get from the HP dj+, and at a reasonable speed! (40 pages at the highest resolution (300 dpi) takes about 90 minutes to print which translates into about 2.3 min / pg). For Drafts I use a lower resolution (150 dpi) which is considerably faster. The program offers many excellent features and is very flexible. What is missing is an AREXX port, and better macro capabilities. The negative part is in editing text, for every change, the appropriate part of the screen is refreshed. (I would perfer if you could just edit the text then explicitly reformat on command when done!) I have never encountered any problems with the program crashing. Overall I would recommend this package. (I used an old version of ProPage before, and thought PS was a big improvement. But to be fair, I don't know how the current version of Propage compares). -- Matt
