I recently purchased Quarterback Tools. I have a GVP 2002 SCSI card. I have 2 hard drives attached to the card. When I try to use the disk optimising functions in Tools, it tells me that there is no disk in dh0: or dh1:. The function that lists the data about the hard disk does know about these partitions. These are on the largest hard disk. The other hard disk has 2 partitions called dh41: and dh40:. Tools will work on them.\ When I called Quarterback (?), their consultant said it was GVP's problem. When I called GVP, they said it was Quarterback Tools problem (surprise!). Is anyone aware of a workaround for this problem? Does anyone know if GVP still has their trade up for the Series II cards in effect? If so, how about how long it will last and will they make arrangements to send me a card before I send my old one in so I can use my hard drive while I am waiting for the hard card? Jim Heath
