Consult .info magazine, June 1991, page 20. At the Amiga World Expo in New York, CSA company's 40/4 Magnum Accelerator was demonstrated -- for the A2000, it features a 68040 (I doubt 50 mhz though... :) ) "room" for 32-bit RAM, and "permits four 64MB of 32-bit burst and page mode operations," whatever that means (could some kind soul enlighten me?) No price was announced though. By the way, these are the same folks who make the Mega Midget Racer accelerators for A500s; generally they are one of the bigger Amiga accelerator makers.
