I was reading the latest issue of ComputerWorld and in a sidebar, mention was made to a grant that had been given out by NSF for developing a CD-I program with phillips for use in science and math classes. The idea seemed to be to have teachers develop a CD and NSF would pay for it ($400,000). Not a huge amount of money, but seeing how this is the first grant of this type, I would think it is very signifigant. Commodore: Was any attempt made to do something like this with CDTV? Logically, CDTV would work excellently for educational purposes, and it seemed like you were pushing this as one of major aspects of the platform at the recent CES. Is any interaction going on with the educational community? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ryan Brooks - 2575brooksr@vms.csd.mu.edu 040 Wannabe
