I have several Intele-Modem by Ultratec, Inc. in stock for sale.
The retail price is $289 and I am selling those for $275 (UPS ground
shipping included). Money order, personal check, or COD are accepted.
Intele-Modem is Baudot/ASCII external modem. It connects to any
computer or dumb terminal thur RS-232C port.
ASCII baud speeds are 300 and 150, the Baudot speeds are
45.5 (USA) and 50 (International).
Using Baudot on the Intele-Modem allows you to call to any
TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf). That way you can
talk with your deaf friends who have TDDs.
It has Hayes AT and alternate menu-driven command sets.
Intele-Modem features:
1. Automatically detects both Baudot and ASCII calls (outgoing and
incoming calls).
2. Provides you with call progress monitoring (detects dialtone,
ring, and busy)
3. Lights on front panel indicate current operating mode and line status.
4. Has Auto-Answer function (set number of rings to auto-answer and type
your own auto-answer message)
5. One-year limited warranty by Ultratec.
