	Aha! Much better on the pricing... :-) Is it a Hayes modem or a
Hayes compatible modem? Could make a bit of a difference... $40 is a good
price for a 1200 baud modem, but you'll probably want to still look at the
2400 baud modems instead. A 2400 baud modem will transfer data at twice the
speed, and almost every board you might call can run at the higher speed.
