I have found a little program called PSTransformer, which is a little front end for Transformer, the IBM emulator. I have used it to run Transformer on my 3000/25 without problems. The patch works only with Transformer vs 1.0, but since the source is included, I am sure some techie out there can soon fix that. If interested I will post it to the archives. | Duane Fields | Friends don't | President, aTmiga club | | Box 1315 | let friends use | Fone# (409) 847-6760 | | College Station, Tx 77841 | MS-DOS. | n350bq@tamuts.tamu.edu |

According to a program called "CPU" it is running about 2.63 mHz. As I used to run it only on my 500, all I can say is that there is a noticeable difference in the keyboard input and screen display, but actuall processing time is about the same. | Duane Fields | Friends don't | President, aTmiga club | | Box 1315 | let friends use | Fone# (409) 847-6760 | | College Station, Tx 77841 | MS-DOS. | n350bq@tamuts.tamu.edu |

I would certainly be interested in getting a copy of the patch. Do you know the reason why it works only under v1.0 of Transformer?? I have version 1.2 of Transformer but I still would like to see the speed on my '030. Could you put it on AB20 archives? Thanks -- /John S. Okay... where can I get Transformer 1.anything and the patch? I would lik e this program for my A3000/25 very much, and when I ask where to get it, I get some very cryptic answers. Any help anybody? Also: has anybody run Norton SI on an A3000/25 running xformer? /---------------------------------------------------------------------\ | -Doug Bischoff- | *** *** ====--\ | "I'm not God... | | -DEB110 @ PSUVM- | * *** * ==|<>\___ | I was just | | -The Black Ring- | *** *** |______\ | misquoted!"| | --- "Wheels" --- | *** O O | -Dave Lister | | Corwyn Blakwolfe | T.R.I. ------------- | RED DWARF | \---- DEB110@PSUVM.PSU.EDU D.BISCHOFF on GEnie THIRDMAN on PAN -----/
