Hi folk, I don't see any reason, why I should PLAY with PC-amulation toys on my Amiga. The reality is, that Amiga is too slow machine for that kind of emulation. Even we have HW-amulation, the display emulation is real slow, it is UGLY. If someone wants really use PC, even MS-DOS, why don't you buy the PC? Amiga is Amiga, even we could whoe to the world, that 'this can run also MS-DOS programs' it doesn't make it usefully. Other way, when I am using my PC (not very often) I am running Windows 3 in enhanced mode or Xenix/386. And I really don't even want to see any devices for Amiga, which are trying to run these softwares, because IT DOES NOT WORK. -- --------------------------------------------------------------- Matti Joutkoski, mattij@yj.data.nokia.fi, tel. + 358-0-5673866. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Alot of which is not very sophisticated and doesn't need a fast machine but is only found on or for msdos machines. I hope they speed up this IBeM emulator, like was talked about. There are just alot of simple little programs out there for msdos machines. An msdos emulator for $30 is the greatest thing since birthcontrol as far as I'm concerned. NCW
