[comp.sys.amiga.datacomm] Wanted a Skyline SysOp's Opinion on BBS Program

x91scott@techno.nepean.uws.EDU.AU (Scott Golby) (04/18/91)

Hi all, especially Skyline BBS system and their regular Users!
I'm currently in the process of evaluating the various BBS programs
for the Amiga. I have seen a number of Paragon BBS's and only 2
Skyline BBS's. As the BBS I wish to run will be Amiga specific I
though this System would be the go. BUT real information has been
quite hard to come by.
Paragon has a sheet out for it's version 2.00 (you may have seen
it?) I'm looking for the same sort of information on Skyline.
This sheet (if you haven't seen it) has these sort of things on it
       - Info on it's FidoNet suppost.
       - File Transfer Protocols
       - Number of Message, File area's, attached files
       - Multiuser / line features.
       - Local login available (I like this one!)
       - ANSI suppost ( insert SkyPics info here!)
       - Systems requirements

If some one could provide this sort of information on the Skyline
BBS system I would be real greatful! Please if you can help, please
do! Address of the manufacturer would be great, they might have the
type of info that I am after? :-) I would hope so! :-)
If you are a regular User of a Skyline BBS system, please tell
me of your experience, do you like them? Comparisons to Paragon would
be good.
     Thank you all in advance!
