Howdy! I have the following problem with DNet: I have connected my A3000 under WB 2.0 with an A500 under WB 1.2 and run the Software Distillery NET: Handler over this connection. Everything works fine, I can read the drive, write to them etc., but whenever I enter e.g. 'cd NET:ndf0/c' on the 3000 to change to the c directory on the A500 df0:, the CLI comes up with an error 'Packet Type unknown'. Well, actually the dir *is* changed, a 'dir' will show NET:ndf0/c, but the prompt is not changed, and whenever I enter just 'cd' to see the actual path, I get the same error. Funny enough, the same procedure from the A500 to the A3000 works. I get a 'cd' and a correct displayed Path in the prompt and no errors at all. As far as I understood, this handler just executes DOS-Packets over DNet, so could it be, that WB 2.0 uses some Packet Types, that are not recognized by the WB 1.2/1.3 dos.library? And what can I do against this? Ah, by the way, I use ARP. So my config is: DNet 2.20 (just downloaded from ftp.uu.net) NetHandler V 07/18/89 (Old? or not?) 3 wire serial line with 9600 Bd, 8 Bit, No Handshake A3000 with Kick 2.0/WB 2.0 A500 with Kick 1.2/ ARP V 39.1 Has anyone any ideas or had similar trouble?
