I was the one citing sz version 3.11 of 02-26-91. I don't think Chuck
Forsberg would have gone from version 1.36i to 3.11 in a one month period.
I think it might be due to the fact that our system here is actually Xenix
and yours is Unix. Still does not rule out the possibility that your sz is
very buggy.

Ultrix v3.1 and sz v3.11 02-26-91 are in use over here. So I dunno.
I'd just get v3.11 and try it. It certinally can't hurt.

OK, I solved my problem, or rather, someone else suggested something that
worked.

I recieved a *lot* of responses on things to try to get my batch downloads
working all to no avail, until.....

Somebody (and whoever it was can step forward and take the credit, I promptly
lost their address) suggested simply (and I do mean literally simply)
typing the following:

  sz -l 1024 -L 1024 *

and it works!! I'm not sure why, since the packet length was already at
1024 by default, but who cares! I assume it must have something to do
with the very last packet sent of one file, and the first of the next file
or something.

Thanks to everybody for their help.

- Tony
