I've looked at that one, too and wondered. I'm still scratching my head. Another one I'd like to find out about is DPPS. Do _you_ know anything about that one? -Ron Tarrant a976@Mindlink.UUCP

Try this: 1) Use DPaint II to create a bitmap bigger than 640*400. 2) Save it, leave DPaint, restart DPAin II. 3) Load the picture. Ask how big it is. 4) Leave DPaint, start DPaint *III*. 5) Load the picture. Watch the pyrotechnics. * WARNING -- THIS CRASHES! * 6) Reboot, restart DPaint III, tell it the right page size, load the picture, save it. 7) Notice it now has a DPPS chunk, and that it will load properly without crashing. I don't know what the format is, but that's what it is for. I imagine it's easy enough to figure out. -- Darren -- --- Darren New --- Grad Student --- CIS --- Univ. of Delaware --- ----- Network Protocols, Graphics, Programming Languages, Formal Description Techniques (esp.
