I've just placed version 5.12 of John Veldtuis' virus checker on abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov, it's about the most up to date virus killer I've found. It's especially up to date on file virii - which are the one's that worry me the most, and has the ability to scan all files on any drive (including a hard-disk). Steve Tibbet himself admits VirusX is getting a bit out of date on the virii it can i.d. ... so I'd recommend you use virus_checker until Steve comes out with a new version.
