Hi. I remember seeing several months back that somebody was porting X11R4 to the Amiga in an attempt to get a PD version going. How goes the work? Thanks, Ralph Ralph Seguin gilgalad@dip.eecs.umich.edu 536 South Forest Apt. #915 gilgalad@caen.engin.umich.edu Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (313) 662-4805

Hi. Is anybody interested in doing a port of X11R4 to the Amiga? I don't have the money to purchase GfxBase's version. Here's what I think we should do: 1. Get a group of people together . 2. Decide on a compiler to use (SAS,GNU,DICE,...) 3. Decide upon coding, commenting and other conventions 4. Acquire about 150 megs of disk space somewhere on the Internet (C=? :) 5. Divide the program up into segments which are most easily handled.
