yorkw@stable.ecn.purdue.edu (Willis F York) (03/26/91)

Well i just got this NEW recoverable Rad disk offa Fred fish disk.
Looka nice, but someting odd is here.

Here's what i have.

1) I have installed FF1: to use FFs on my Floppies, (Get +50K!)
2) I have a FFS RRad disk, (Came with the FF program)
   that mounts FAST: with 79 cyl, ect,

I use INFO and look at them both,

Mounted disks:
Unit Size Used Free Full Errs Status Name
DF0:      837K    1391     367  79%   0  Read/Write WB-Squid
DF1:      No disk present
Fast:     879K     105    1653   5%   0  Read/Write Ram Disk 30
FF1:      875K     635    1116  36%   0  Read/Write FF-003

See. the FAST: has an Extra 4K, Where's it comming from?

What does these mean in the mountlist?

	   Reserved = 2   <--- The Bootblocks?
           PreAlloc = 11  <--- No IDEA whatsoever.
           Interleave = 0 <--Like the Density of the Thing?

WEll thenx for any info, just learning morre about the BEST computer
in the world.
