Well, I just wanted to post a results of my 2.02 problem. Right after my posting I received a few e-mails from CATS and they took my information and followed up on it with the dealer. It seems the dealer was not fully aware of the upgrade is was helpful in trying fix the problem.
Once again, I tip my hat to the folks at Commodore for their support and responce time in solving this problem. This is one of the reasons I purchased an Amiga. You really don't see this level of support on a "un-supported" medium (USENET) from other computer companies. At least not with my dealings...
