[net.followup] macro processors

While we're on the subject of macroprocessors, I'd be interested
in getting a UNIX implementation of ML/I if anyone has one for free.

For the uninitiated, ML/I is a macro processor which I guess has its
roots in GPM and Trac. It was written in a machine independant way
so there have been many implementations (some not so good) done just
for the hell of it. I guess it has been more popular in England
(where it was written) than over here.
