[comp.sys.amiga.programmer] Accessing windows from other windows...

I'm looking for a way to access windows/screens belonging to other programs
from within a separate task in a fashion similar to that of screenx.  Would
someone point me in the right direction.  Please respond through email since
I don't have time to read this (overgrown) group on a regular basis.
