[comp.sys.amiga.programmer] Fortran-2-C help

civir1070@ucsvax.sdsu.edu (FURRY R) (06/30/91)

There is this neat little program in the IBM world called F2C, and
it will conver Fortran source into C, with the Fortran statements as the
comments. It's on Oak.oakland.edu if you want it. Anyhow, I downloaded
the source, and it has 2 makefiles, one for MS-DOS, and one for UNIX.
I'm not a C programmer, so I'm fairly clueless as to what's happening. I
need to know if there are any Make programs which will allow me to just
compile it by the usual "make f2c". I get all kinds of errors with the
dmake, or the Make from c.s.a.b.
Or, even better, has anybody compiled this program on an amiga yet?
And be willing to put the executable somewhere? <= pleading.

Thanks a bunch.
