No.  At least mine doesn't.  I don't really miss it.  My ghetto box has an aux
input and it sound better than internal speakers would.

You could save about $500.00 with a 16 Mhz version.  I don't think you would
really want to strip it down any further.

I believe there are educational prices for individual CPUs, but you
get the best deal by buying a whole system.

Currently, all Amiga CPU's are available in bundles, AND as cpu's.  The prices
you noted above include the 1950 monitors (which do NOT have speakers built in,
so if you want sound you need to also order the A10 speakers).  The price for 
an A3000/25-50 sans monitor is currently $2619.00, and the price for an 
A3000/25-100 is $3,399.00 for the CPU alone.
