I'm really frustrated. I have an IBM 5152 graphics printer and none of the suggested printer drivers work correctly. The CBM-1000 works the best but still has problems. Whenever it receives an 'initialize' or 'go to graphics', it prints a 'P', and in graphics mode, it compresses the first line vertically. The rest of any graphics output works flawlessly. Printing plain text works fine as well except for the annoying 'P' at the top of the output (caused by the printer 'initialize' command). I've eliminated the following because I can initialize the printer and print graphics without a problem from my bridgeboard. 1. Bad Cable 2. Bad Printer 3. Bad parallel port and associated hardware I've tried basically every combination that makes any sense for the printer preferences, so I've eliminated: 4. Screwed up preferences I think that what I need is a different driver or a way to modify the one I have. I've tried PrtDrvGen without success. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks, David Ingebretsen utah-cs!esunix!dingebre
