Hey Amiga people! You know, I received my Amiga 2000HD through the Educational Discount many moons ago. At that time, I sent a card in entitling me to a free copy of AmigaVision. After a month with no response, and reading here that it HAD been shipping out, I contacted someone in Commodoreland via the net who told me for some reason my name had NEVER BEEN PUT ON THE LIST, so he tacked me on, and told me my copy was on the way. That was November. Hello! Commodore! Hello! Anybody awake in there?! -- """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" [ Jay Adelson | BIX: j.adelson ] [ T.G.C. ] [ ghost@bucsf.bu.edu | Channel One: ] [ 1039 Commonwealth Ave. #18 ] [ GEnie: J.ADELSON1 | Jay Adelson ] [ Boston, MA. 02215-1008 ]

Finally, someone actually called me (sorry, I didn't catch her name) and she seemed very business-like. Here was someone who would take the authority to actually act on it! Well, she said it would go out the next Monday, so I watched the mail breathlessly all the next week--not so breathlessly the second week, and gave up on it in the ensuing weeks. To my surprise, it actually came--about 5 weeks after she said it would be put in the mail. In the meantime, it's been almost three months since I sent in by card that came with my second A3000, and still nothing from that. I think Commodore ventured too near a black hole, and are suffering from extreme time-dilation. T--h--i--n--g--s m--o--v--e v--e--r--y s--l--o--w--l--y t--h--e--r--e--! At least I have one copy! Distribution: comp Same goes for me here. I received my A3000 back in July, sent in all the required information and coupon and still no Amigavision. I've called Customer Support 4 times, and even sent an E-Mail message out to the head of the Educational Program. I've never heard back from any of them. I've supported Commodore in many ways, but I have to admit this type of support is extremely poor and I am getting rather disgusted with it all.
