I've noticed that some so-called PD libraries have started to sell a "PD" version of Lattice C. It's a very old version (v3.03) but is complete with Includes and Amiga.lib. Possibly the most worrying thing is that it is sold under the guise of Fish Disk #23, which if I remember correctly never had anything like this. If I'm right in thinking this software has been pirated, then Commodore's and SAS's copyrights are being infringed. Also, it brings the good name of Fred Fish into disrepute - even though he has nothing to do with this act. I hope this sort of thing is confined to England. If my fears are correct, this is a serious offence that goes unnoticed - despite these libraries advertising "PD Lattice C" in a few magazines. ------------------------------------------------------------ Stewart C.
