It'll convert to ilbm format and if the original was say 640X400X256 then it'll convert it to a large ham picture. PBMPlus also offers many other options. (Other converters are HamSharp which always converts to 320 wide HAM and GIFMachine which only runs under 2.0)

GIFMachine runs nicely under 1.3, though of course it only produces Sliced-HAM images. -- Steve Swann Speak to me in many voices, swann@acsu.buffalo.edu make them all sound like one... - BOC

I'm pretty sure you can find it on a fish disk??? I just WISH wb2.0 would come the HELL out! I myself am writing a new ppmtoilbm from the pbmplus package to run under SUNOS. With floyd-steinberg error correction, fs dithering, median cut color map allociation algorithm and much more. But I'm not ready yet, it needs so much time to test the sparc generated iffs to Amiga - I don't have a link. -- Michael Janich, Uni Paderborn, United Germany
