I just started actually trying to *use* my Okimate 20 (after letting it gather dust for many years), and I've got a problem. It is insisting on using the same stretch of ribbon on each two consecuative text lines, producing really ugly output, since there's truly not enough ink the second time around for it to pull that economic trick. Preferences is aware that it's an Okimate 20, and I've got it set to letter quality mode. I cannot for the life of me find the Okimate manual. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can force the thing to produce the best output it can (or failing that, at least stop trying to be so thrifty with the ribbon :-)?
