[comp.sys.amiga.misc] Looking for a Keymap Editor

There are many keymaps included with WB1.3 for different countries.  Is there
an editor out there somewhere to make custom keymaps?

 I use the program KeyMapEd v1.04 to edit the files in Devs:keymaps. 
 Works quite nicely. Great way to add macros to your function keys.

 I downloaded it off a local BBS so I cannot recommend where to get it. It
is probably on Fred Fish.
