Re: The city of Bluffdale, Utah barring cable access to the city, on the 
grounds that they can not control the programming (see net.misc article 
submitted by Walt Haas) :

	I wonder what the city will do when someone sets up similar
airwave-based (encoded TV) broadcast scheme?  Jam their broadcasts 
into the city?, put up a WALL? ... or *what* ???
	Ought to make for an interesting court case.  Aarrggh!
