Why not just utilize a monitor that has the capability to "vertical size"
the flickering 1/2 black line off the top of the screen? My NEC does not
even show this problem on the visible viewing area. It wasn't until someone
told me where it was supposed to be, that I shortened my screen to find the
problem. I did not know that it had even existed!
I have owned/sold C= products for years and have always been amazed by
C='s inability to market/advertise/support their products. The Amiga sells
DESPITE C= actions!!! Commmodore's monitors have varied in quality, as
much as they have varied in manufacturers, as much as the Amiga can display
colors in HAM mode!! The 1080/1084s,d,etc. is characteristic of this, as
now is the 1950! Come ON C=....GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!
I am an Amiga FANATIC. I ALWAYS sing the praises of the Amiga, but I
can't help but watch a GREAT Mac commercial and "almost" want to go out
and buy one myself!!! And I HATE Macs!! Fire your ad company! Don't tell
me you (Commodore) can't. I have sat by and watched a turnover of Pres.,
VP, and top executives, that could only be compared to the leadership status
of a third world country. (ie. short stays!)

Oh, one more thing....I wish this "Crew that never rests" would do
something about the A3000 second HD problem that so many people are having!

Amiga makes it happen.......IBM, Mac, Sun, and Next make it expensive!
