Dealers say that there is no word on when the offical CDTV keyboard from CBM is coming out, but I have heard that is a simple matter to convert a A2000 keyboard to the CDTV player. The CDTV uses the small 8 pin connector for the KB. One dealer told me that a customer converted his A2000 KB to the CDTV by making a gender changer. This seems like a simple enough thing to do. I have also heard that all the perphials are supposed to be around $50 for it. If so I want a new floppy drive for my A2000, even if it is black. Once Commodore gets the Trackball and keyboard out I think they will sell a lot more units. I already know a couple people waiting for the KB and mouse to come out. ____________________________________________________________ /// __ __ __ __ | \\\ /// /\ __|| || || | | David L. Of course if you already have another Amiga, then you can get DNET and NetKeys, plug the two computer together with a serial cable, and then use 1mouse+1Keyboard to control both computers. (This assumes that you can get the DNET software to CDTV, perhaps by external floppy)
