Ken Kopin's remarks re the ease of checking disks were uncalled for. I have, for example, the Fish collection (470 disks more or less) plus other PD utilities I've collected over the years (610 of these) plus multiple backups of my own work, plus backups and originals of most every commercial package I own (i.e., all but a few games I couldn't back up...I will do no more business with those firms.) Even if I could move fast enough to do 6 to 10 disks a minute, sticking them into my poor A1000's drive to let VirusX check them one at a time represents a substantial time investment. The bulk of these collections (yes, both of 'em) are generally available (though my random stuff is available on magtape via DECUS; I haven't time to copy hundreds of disks multiple times), and my material is not particularly unusual in amount. Anyone who has been using Amiga for a few years and had reasonable BBS access could accumulate far larger collections. There's a LOT of PD and freely copyable material out there for Amiga! Glenn
