Okay, I've about had it. My knuckles are turning various hues of red and white,
I am quivering in the anger and frustration of it all. Quick! Where's my Uzi?

"Why dear Mike are you so mad?", you dare ask? I am mad over the years
and years of UseNet people misspelling the shortened form of "advertisement"
as in the following example :

>I just saw the latest Hammacher and Schlemmer catalogue (spelling?), and there
>was a full page add near the middle for the new CDTV.
                 ^^^

Okay guys, repeat after me : "a" "d", got that? "A" "D". Hey, I can't
hear you! It's just TWO letters dammit!!

                    A DDDD
                   A A D D
                   A A D D
                  AAAAA D D
                  A A D D
                  A A DDDD

Okay, you got it? Good, now let's keep it that way. No more talking about
Commodore's recent "adds" unless you're talking assembly programming.

     Too, not to.
Or maybe you meant "so" instead?
