Knew once of a company that offered a detatchable keyboard for the A500... It rquired you voiding the warranty, however, since it involved removing the faceplate from the casing, and unplugging the keyboard connector/bus. What it did was, replace your existing keyboard (when detatched, it looks very naked and stipped, no casing.. just a platform with a hundred keys mounted on it) with one encased in a nice plastic mold, and gave you a plate to slip under the shell of your Amiga, to replace the bald-spot where your old keyboard used to be. Not a bad idea. Given a couple days or so, I could make one.. The new keyboard was detatchable, sure, with no compatibility problems. Check s0ome back issues of .Info, they have something on it from last year, me thinks.. Might be made by the same company that makes all the big stuff in Germany..
