Speaking of advertising the Amiga... A friend of mine had an idea for an Amiga commercial -- a computer store with several types of computers sitting around (name-brand PCs and Macs). A guy walks in and wants a computer than can do "something X." The clerk points to a computer and begins to expound on its "something X" capabilities. The guy asks if it can do "something Y," to which the clerk responds by pointing to another machine and begins his "something Y" speech. "But can it do 'something Z', like the Amiga?" our hero asks? "For that, you'll want this nice PC over here..." etc. etc. "But I want a computer that can do everything the Amiga can do..." The clerk leads our hero to another enclosed part of the store and points to a computer on a pedastle, which happens to be an Amiga, probably doing all of the above-mentioned "somethings" in different windows at once.
