I just made a Null-modem for my Amiga to IBM and I was wondering if anyone had a similiar setup and if they were doing anything besides file transfer, such as playing games or using the Amiga as a multi-user system. It is kind of neat to let people fool around with a CLI shell on the IBM while you are doing something on the Amiga. The problem is that there are not that many programs that won't use windows. The only program besides basic CLI commands like dir and info I have found work with a terminal is EDIT. Anyone else ever tried this? Also, I have to get minix for a class this semester. I was thinking about getting the Amiga version if it was possible for someone else to logon from a terminal ie. my IBM, so there would be two users at the same time. Does anyone know if minix suports this and if minix will run on an A1000? Dana S. Kaufman kaufmads@clutx.clarkson.edu
