[comp.sys.amiga.introduction] AMIGA newsgroup subscription

       Hi there,

       A friend of mine, who does not have access to USENET, wants to
know how he can subscribe to the Amiga newsgroups. I mean, is there a list
managed by someone? Is there an e-mail address he can send in his name and
address?
       He lives in England.
