[comp.unix.amiga] Amiga Tech Notes

tbissett@nstar.rn.com (Travis Bissett) (05/07/91)

Got a surprise along with the usual junk mail today -- a newsletter from C+A
completely unexpected. This was a Tech Notes publications for SVr4 and it
looked real neat. I hope Commodore doesn't mind my duplicating it to pass
around to our unix people. We're a Sun house but I would sure like to see
some A3000UXen on several engineering desks!

Mr. Chairman, I make a motion for Kudos to Commodore! Any seconds?

Travis

Especially nice was the mention of a planned multi-user upgrade package.

Note that the Tech Notes are NOT copyrighted. This is not an accident.
Our new UNIX Wall Chart (a System V Release 4 reference chart, on display
at Commodore, USL, UI, and Virginia Tech) is also not copyrighted. We're
distributing these pieces, not selling them, so you can do whatever you want
with them.
