[comp.unix.amiga] NEC monitor

arh@sage.cc.purdue.edu (Eric B) (06/22/91)

   Has anyone ever seen/used/bought a 20" MultiSync 5D monitor?

I saw an ad for it and wondered how it would work with the Amiga 300UXD.
I plan to buy one (Ami 3000) within the next year and would like to know
if there are larger screens than the 1950 that will work well with it.

						Just curious,

Both of you have given only opinions about monitors. I want facts.

What I want to know about the NEC-5D (or other large monitors) is:
How much does it cost?
How easy is it to connect to an Amiga 3000UX?
What are the stats?
Does it have an input select switch so I can watch TV while compiling?

When I choose a monitor, I need more than what you have told me.
To quote Sam Kinnison, "Give us a little information to work with!"
