I am running a large network of Macintosh's (500+) that also supports three Microsoft Mail server's. On these servers we have two gateways, one for SMTP mail (GatorMail-M) and one for Faxes (FaxGate). My problem is that while the AppleFax modem can send faxes to everywhere with little or no trouble, inbound faxes only are successful 10%-20% of the time. In fact, two manual fax machines from the same manufacturer (different models) cannot both send faxes to the AppleFax modem. Are there any people listening that can shed some light on this issue?
