Nancy:

It was good to hear that you still exist, and that you are forging ahead 
with chromosome 22.  Unfortunately, I have nothing useful to say about any 
of your questions.  However, I did want to let you know that Bart 
Nieuwenhuisen here has been making YAC's from 22-only cell line GM10888.  
He now has about 60 human-positive YAC's from this cell line, with another 
40 or so in the works.  Eventually, we should co-ordinate YAC & P1 
screening.
