[comp.sys.acorn] Iso-Pascal 1.1 and DECODE utility

Hi folks,

does anyone know of the DECODE-Utility used in connection
with Acorn's ISO-Pascal-Compiler 1.1 and the -DEC Compiler-Flag??
It schult produce a listing of ARM-Assembler-Code in connection
with corespondening source-lines.

Does this program exist? (it is mentioned at page 16 in connection
whith the compilation qualifiers in Issue 2 (1987))
