[comp.sys.acorn] R140 Unix workstation

cca@cs.exeter.ac.uk (Clive Carmock) (01/21/91)

Now that Acorn have released the R200 series Unix workstations, are the R140
machine still available?

I wonder if anyone who has used any Acorn Archimedes UNIX machine would
contact me, as I would like to ask some specific questions about the system

Any help much appreciated

Yes. Three RISC iX machines are (or will be soon) available:-

	R140 ARM2 + 4Mbyte + ST506
	R225 ARM3 + 4Mbyte (no drive - discless workstation)
	R260 ARM3 + 8Mbyte + SCSI
