Due to a few suggestions made by people I have implemented a lock
feature (I didn't steal the idea from Sticky, Brian, as someone suggested it,
and I had implemented, before I had even heard of Sticky). When this option is
set you have to hold down shift to move the icons about the backdrop.
This has, as ever been posted to the newcastle info server. I am sure
you know how to order stuff from there by now.
