[comp.sys.acorn] A bug in Frank Lancasters TAR

I've found a bug with Frank Lancasters tar, it has problems coping with
the following tarfile layout. This file can be obtained from lancs.pdsoft
in the tools directory.  However D.Pillings tar works fine - so I'm back
to using that !

tar [1.1a] (7-Jan-91) on the Archimedes by Frank Lancaster (C) 1990.
