For some many months I've been writing a comms program to run on the model B, B+, Master and Compact machines. It has heaps of uncommon features like VERY full ansi emulation, scrollback, and Ymodem file transfers. Originally I was going to do Zmodem and Kermit also, but it looks like this could take me quite a while. I have two options, to release it soon without these two protocols, or to carry on, which might take half a year+, looking at the Zmodem protocol and the speed at which I do my work! Ymodem really does all you want, automatic filenaming, correct file length... Zmodem would be nice, but not fully justified on the 8 bit machines. So, could people tell me whether they would like me to release it _sooner_ or _later_? The program will be released as shareware, with a full version avaliable for $30NZ (~12 pounds uk). the shareware version will not have Zmodem in any case, but I dont wish to release the shareware version before I have the full version to sell.... Votes please....
