I know almost nothing about Novell networks, so if this question is truly naive, I apologize. I have an IBM 6157-002 streaming tape drive (it's a 150 MB external unit that uses an MCA controller card) that I would like to sell to someone here on campus that is installing a Novell network. He doesn't want to buy, because this unit is apparently not supported by Novell. Is there any way around this? Is this unit just a repackaged version of some other tape drive that is supported, for example? Have any of you Novell gurus used an IBM 6157 tape drive? Is there any hope of my being able to unload this sucker? Thanks in advance. Please reply by email, as I don't regularly read this group. If anybody else has an interest in the answer to this, let me know, and I'll forward what I find out. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Mark Gleaves Internet: cmdglv@vaxa.weeg.uiowa.edu Bitnet: cmdglvva@uiamvs.bitnet "News burst on us like meridian splendour on a blind man.
