In trying to bring a file server back up after a disk drive died (see my previous posting a couple of messages ago) I've been trying to get our Macintosh gateway running again. I restored all the associated files from a backup which brought the file services gateway back to life but the printer services gateway refuses to work. So I reinstalled the printer services stuff from the master diskettes and configured it but it still refuses to work. It appears that there is no printer server serving the Laserwriter print queue. When I issue an "appletalk" command at the console I get a message stating that no appletalk printers are being serviced. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this work? Any help will be graciously accepted. Thanks. BTW: Is Netware for the Mac Version 2.0 worth getting. What does it do different?
