Sure hope *someone* can help me out.... I need a Netware 2.15 driver for a 3COM 3c501 Etherlink card, an Excelan EXOS 205T card. (neither of these are included) Also, if anyone has a packet driver program for the above mentioned Excelan card.... I have tried to call the vendors, but cant seem to get the right person... so if anyone has a phone number for this kind of support for Excelan or 3Com, i'd appreciate it. I'm stuck until i get these. Thanks -- Mark Starner Unisys Corporation/Integration Support Facility starner@isf.unisys.com

As far as I know, there is no packet driver for the EXOS 205T, nor is anyone
working on one...

The 3c501 driver does indeed come with NetWare. There's also a 3c501 packet driver available. The 205T driver is available from Excelan. There is no 205T packet driver, but Excelan sells TCP/IP software including telnet that runs on their card simultaneously with the Novell code. So you get the same effect. -- Dave Anderer danderer@brahms.udel.edu (302) 451-8805 Instructional Technology, University of Delaware, Newark, De. 19716 "Sinners can repent; stupid is forever."

In fact, for those of you that aren't aware of it, Excelan was swallowed up by Big Red about two years ago. Excelan drivers are supported by Novell, and Novell will soon be shipping TCP/IP software based on ODI (sorry, Russ!) drivers, for any card that supports that driver. It will no longer be downloaded to the card, though :-(. Alan -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Alan Medsker Viewlogic Systems, Inc.
