Novell issued a Technical bulletin #1-264 dated March 20, 1990
that said the high utilization figures are caused by a bug in their file server
utilization code. This occurs with 486-25 and 386-33Mhz machines. The
disturbing thing is that although they said it would be fixed in their next
release of Netware 286, this rather visible bug is still araound a year later!
